Every year, the Department of Drama, Theatre & Performance at the University of Roehampton, London hold a two-week festival of student theatre and performance.

RoPE - the Roehampton Performance Event - stages work from across our undergraduate and postgraduate taught programmes.

The work shown is wide ranging, including (but not limited to) experimental studio performances, large scale productions, devised work, site-specific theatre, and workshops.

The productions are the culmination of Spring term modules and form part of students' formal assessment. This year, in response to the Covid-19 crisis, we have moved the festival online. You will find images, recordings, information and invitations to live events here.
